MLP FiM Dress Design 4

Compare to the last dress I drew....this one was a piece of cake. Still had trouble deciding the colors...but here it is...and a favorite dress of my MLP FiM OC Winter Solstice. Here's dress number 4 to round out my desire to improve my dress designing style. This dress should look somewhat familiar as its (despite the different colors and patterns) was one Rarity wore during her song cue on Sweet and Elite (forgot the name of the song, but those who seen the show would know what I mean).

As for Winter Solstice herself, she wore it to...well, get notice by her secret special somepony (who doesn't even know it XD).
